 Andrew Neil:



Graduated in Behavioural Science (Bsc Hons)
a Post Graduate Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and became a member of the National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists MNRHP for his further studies in psychology he was awarded a PhD. During this time Andrew was President of the Psychological Society and President of the Student Association. He is a member of the International Stress Management Association ISMA.
Dr Andrew Neil began his counselling career at the Macgregor Neil Partnership, Edinburgh, UK and quickly became a Director with the psychological support organisation Equilibrium Associates. During this time he was responsible for the development of training services, heavily involved in the provision of psychological support and the expansion of the organisations EAP programme. He was responsible developing Equilibrium Associates corporate cooperation initiative but with a strong desire to continue to work face-to-face with clients he started Andrew Neil Counselling.
Dr Andrew Neil has many years experience in the field of counselling and has worked on some significant projects including the survivors of the Piper Alpha disaster. He has cooperated with many high profile organisations including the UK Government and the UK Police. He has worked with and designed specific training programmes for many businesses including hospitals, manufacturing organisations, private care homes and schools. His clients list include government officials, doctors, school teachers, businessmen, world famous celebrities, disaster victims, abuse victims, etc.

Dr.Hu Ying was born and raised in Shanghai,at present she lives in Ningbo.She speaks Chinese and English fluently;she has traveled in Europe,United States and Canada.Dr.Hu Ying initially studied medicine at Shanghai Second Medical University and practiced as a physician in Shanghai for 7 years.Dr.Hu Ying was always interested in holistic treatment of boby and mind and in 1999 attended Landegg Tnternational University in Switzerland and got her master degree in psychology.In the past 5 years her training and experience has been in the area of family theerapy with Dr.Roya Massacrate a Spanish psychologist as her supervisor.
